An urgent query is any significant set of circumstances which is causing significant disruption or (potential) loss of income.

For example:

  • Your Website or Webrooms system is down (but you can still access other sites)
  • Your email is bouncing or otherwise unaccessible
  • A significant Webrooms malfunction causing serious erroneous bookings, such as 3rd party channel reservations which you cannot accommodate

Please note that after hours call out charges may apply for queries not relating to Welman services, such as those caused by a computer or other non-Welman provided system malfunction. After hours resolution of issues caused by misuse of our services may also be charged for. We are dedicated to ensuring 24/7 uptime of our online services, but cannot guarantee a response after hours for general support enquiries. Thank you!
